One Day Programme

When you are in charge of a team, do you lead from the front or the back? The answer? Both

depending on the situation. This course provides a range of skills and techniques to assist in

the relationship between team leader and their team.

As with all of our courses, our Team Leaders course is custom designed specifically to meet the

needs of your business. This training program has been designed to apply skills learnt during practical exercises.
